Terms of Service & Purchase Agreement

By purchasing any Automation Empire program, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service in full. Do not purchase if you do not agree.
1. What you are purchasing
Automation Empire is an educational coaching program. Depending on the program you purchase, it may include: course material, group coaching calls, a private Discord community, scripts and frameworks, 1:1 calls, and access to independent developers and media buyers in our network. What's included in your program is what was presented to you at purchase. Access is granted digitally after payment.
2. Educational program
Automation Empire is an educational and coaching service. It is not a job, employment, or franchise, and it does not guarantee any income, client, or business outcome.
3. Results & earnings disclaimer
Any income figures, testimonials, or student results shown are individual experiences and are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, skill, time, experience, market, and factors outside our control. Past student results do not guarantee your results. No marketing material is a promise of earnings.
4. Pricing guidance
Any recommended pricing or margins we share (for example, "keep 50%+ of a deal") are based on our recommended pricing and typical developer costs on deals you book yourself. They are not a promise. What you keep depends on what you charge, your developer's actual price, ads, and your other costs.
5. Independent developers & media buyers
Developers and media buyers in our network are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Automation Empire. You hire and pay them directly, and your agreements with them are between you and them. We do not guarantee their work, pricing, timelines, or results.
6. Ads
If ads are run for you by a media buyer or as part of your program, we do not promise or guarantee any number of leads, booked calls, clients, or income. Ad results vary. Ad spend is your responsibility unless your program states otherwise in writing.
7. 1:1 offer guarantee (1:1 offer only)
If you purchased the 1:1 offer and do not close a client within 30 days of purchase, SWRV will cold call live in front of you on a 1:1 call so you can see how a meeting gets booked. This guarantee does not include a refund and does not guarantee a booked meeting, client, or income.
8. Refund policy
Automation Empire commits to hosting at least four (4) live group coaching calls per week as a core program deliverable. If we fail to host at least four in any calendar week, you may request a prorated refund in writing within 7 days of that week. Outside of this specific guarantee, all sales are final. No refunds are given based on your results, completion of the program, change of mind, or changes in your personal or financial circumstances.
9. Payment plans
If you purchased on a payment plan, you agree to pay every remaining payment by its due date, regardless of your participation. If a payment is late, we may pause your access until it is paid. Pausing access does not cancel what you owe.
10. Chargebacks
You agree not to file a chargeback or dispute instead of following the refund policy above. Filing a chargeback in violation of these terms may result in collection action and recovery of the disputed amount, attorneys' fees, and costs. You agree we may use your communications, onboarding form, call recordings, purchase records, IP address, and program activity as evidence in any dispute.
11. Authorization, age & parental consent
You confirm you are the authorized user of the payment method used and are purchasing of your own free will. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms, authorize the purchase, and complete the parental consent section of the onboarding form. By doing so, the parent or guardian accepts full financial responsibility for the purchase and agrees to these Terms, including the refund and chargeback policies, on the minor's behalf. If you use someone else's payment method without their knowledge or consent, you accept full personal liability for the transaction.
12. Call recording
Coaching calls, 1:1 calls, and sales calls may be recorded for quality and training. By joining, you consent to being recorded.
13. Program access, conduct & content
Access is for you only and cannot be transferred. All videos, calls, and materials are the property of Automation Empire. You may not record, download, share, resell, or repost program content. We may remove you from the program or community without refund for breaking these terms or being a detriment to the community.
14. No professional advice & legal compliance
We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for following all laws that apply to your business, including telemarketing laws, the TCPA, and Do Not Call rules.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. By purchasing, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms, and that they are legally binding.
SMS Terms
Program: SWRV & team Masterclass Alerts. By checking the consent box on our registration or application forms, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from SWRV & team at the number you provided, including your webinar link, event reminders, call confirmations, and related offers.
Frequency: Message frequency varies (typically up to 2 to 6 messages per event).
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent: Messages are sent by SWRV & team. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Privacy: SWRV & team does not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
